Healing Rooms

"Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him.
'I am willing,' He said. 'Be healed!' Instantly the leprosy disappeared
and the man was healed."  Mark 1:41-42

healing_pic1  The Healing Room ministry offers
  a safe, loving place where
people can come and get prayer
  and healing for physical
  ailments and afflictions. If you
are sick or struggling, come and
  experience a loving atmosphere,
  where people who have seen
  God move through their prayers
                                                                                       will pray for you.

We believe it is always God's will to heal, because Jesus healed everyone who
came to Him, and He is our model of God's will and plan.

Acts 10:38: "...how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."

Our Healing Rooms take place EVERY Saturday of the month and we have just EXPANDED our hours from 10:00am-1pm. While you are waiting for your turn, you may listen to worship music we have playing and soak in God's presence.  We also have a list of healing verses to meditate on before you receive individual prayer from one of our teams.

Please arrive by 12:30pm at the latest to ensure that we will have time to pray for you!  Also, please fill out one of our evaluation forms when you are finished to give us feedback on your experience.  Tell everyone you can about this wonderful opportunity!

What We Believe...

It is always God's will to heal.
Jesus is our example, and He healed everyone who came to Him.  (Acts 10:38)

All sickness is from the enemy.
God doesn't make us sick to teach us something.  God does cause things to work together for good for those who love Him, but that doesn't mean He gives us sickness (Romans 8:28).  If you know who your enemy is, then you can fight against Him.  But if you think your sickness if from God, you accept it and "bear it."

We have been anointed and empowered to heal the sick.
If we believe that Jesus Christ was the Son of God who came to save us from our sins, and we have accepted Him into our life, we can lay hands on the sick and they will recover. Jesus said:

"Behold, I give you power and authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing shall ever harm you." Luke 10:19

"All these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name...they will place their hands on sick people and they will get well." Mark 16:17-18

"Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons.  Freely you have received, freely give." Matthew 10:7-8
